How to install and use
Steps
Download the installer from the URL and double-click to launch it. Choose a destination folder and click “Next,” ensuring all setup tasks remain checked. Install the required biometric device drivers when prompted, then click “Finish.” Allow the installation to complete, and a desktop icon will be created for easy access.
Double click on the desktop icon to initiate the app
To start, an agent needs to enter their National ID Number and click next
An OTP will be sent to the agent’s phone number as registered on CR.
The agent will be presented with the activity page which has both requests and history of verifications
Once an agent receives a request for biometric verification from any of the linked platforms—it shall appear on the requests tab.
Upon selecting the request for an individual, the agent will be prompted with identity verification page and can proceed to select ‘fingerprint’
The agent can then select a specific finger for the subject to be verified by clicking on any of the presented digits on the left or right hand.
The agent then instructs the subject to place the selected finger on the active fingerprint scanner and hold. Once the fingerprint registers on the screen, the agent can click the ‘verify’ button to complete.
Once the subject’s fingerprint is successfully verified, a verification screen will pop up.
